Submitting a notice
Copyright complaints must identify the work, the exact location of the material, your contact details, a good-faith statement, a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury, and a signature.

- Provide your name, address, telephone number and email.
- State that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised.
- State, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act.
- Sign the notice, physically or electronically.
Counter-notice
A counter-notice may be submitted by the person who posted the material, using the same contact address.
Repeat infringers
Accounts of repeat infringers are terminated.
