• Account details: name, email address and password.
• Order details: recipient name, delivery address, email and optional phone.
• Local delivery coordination: the phone number you give for that delivery.
• Reviews: your rating, written review, and any photos you upload.
• Messages you send to customer service or through the contact form.
• Scent Finder answers, used to produce your recommendation.

Payment card details are never collected or stored by Cynosure. Payment is taken on Stripe's own hosted page, so card, bank and wallet details are entered there and never reach our systems.

• Device and browser information, and the pages you request.
• Security signals: IP address, rate-limit counters and automated abuse scores.
• Strictly necessary storage that keeps you signed in and holds your cart and checkout progress.
• No analytics or advertising storage is used, and there is nothing optional to turn on. See the cookie policy.

• To take, fulfil and deliver your order, including geocoding the delivery address for dispatch.
• To send transactional messages about an order, refund or account.
• To operate accounts, addresses, order history and reviews.
• To prevent fraud and abuse and to keep the store secure.
• To meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations.
• To send marketing only where you have expressly opted in.

These service providers process personal information on our instructions:

• Lovable (application hosting) — Serves the website and runs its server code.
• Supabase (database and authentication) — Stores accounts, orders, guest order access, enquiries, reviews and favourites, and handles email and Google sign-in.
• Stripe (payments) — Takes payment on its own hosted page and returns the payment result. Card numbers never reach Cynosure.
• Gmail (email delivery) — Delivers order, account and enquiry notification emails.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer.
