Terms of Sale

Payments are securely processed by Stripe on their own secure page. A confirmed payment does not by itself accept your order: the order is held while we check stock and destination, and the contract forms only when we accept and dispatch it. If we cannot accept it, the payment is refunded in full.

We describe products as accurately as we can. Colour, packaging and batch details can vary, and fragrance is experienced differently by different people.

• Prices are shown in USD and exclude tax and dispatch unless stated.
• If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description, the order may be cancelled and refunded in full.
• Any sales tax due is calculated from your delivery address when you pay, and the exact amount is shown on the payment page and on your receipt before payment is taken.

• An order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt; the contract forms only when the order is accepted and dispatched.
• Cynosure may limit or refuse quantities on any order.
• Orders may be reviewed for fraud, and an order may be delayed or cancelled and refunded if it cannot be verified.
