United States delivery
Orders are placed online and shipped to United States addresses by ground service only.

- Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay. There is no free-shipping threshold.
- Timing
- Estimated delivery: 7–14 calendar days after payment. Handling falls within this window.
- Carriers
- Ground service only. Fragrance is a flammable liquid, so carrier rules can limit or refuse air transport and some destinations.
- Free-shipping thresholds
- No free-shipping threshold is offered.
- Exceptions
- No international, PO box, APO/FPO or air shipments. Some addresses may be ineligible under carrier hazardous-goods rules.
Policies
- Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days; the full conditions are shown in the returns policy before you pay
- Exchanges
- For a different item, contact customer service before sending anything back
- Damages
- If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us and we will confirm the next step
- Cancellations
- An order can be cancelled before it is dispatched; once dispatched it is handled as a return
